About Gayle
Thanks to a reputation of honesty and responsiveness, Gayle Waite has become a multi-million dollar producer in the coastal area of Southern California. Gayle has sold residential homes, income units, commercial property and vacant land throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego counties.
Her persistence and attention to detail contribute to a successful 35 year career serving many repeat and referral clients. After over 21 years as an award winning agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, Gayle decided in early 2013 to develop her own brokerage named Turning Point Properties using her well-tested marketing tools and extensive real estate knowledge.
Raised in New York, Gayle graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in advertising design. After working in New York City as a specialist in publications and direct mail design, Gayle moved west and started an advertising company with offices in Newport Beach and Laguna Hills. She decided to change careers in 1990, focusing her energies and talents on real estate. Gayle personally buys and sells real estate whenever possible after starting in 1986 with a Laguna Beach duplex.

A 501(c)(3), LRE/CAF has raised over $1.2 million to help support local nonprofits and individuals in serious need.
